About the Speaker
Mr. Menhennitt is the Principal of Menhennitt Performance Alliance LLC, located in Gorham, Maine. Over the past thirty years he has turned around eight underperforming companies ranging from $15-34 million, turned around a $34 million bankrupt company in Philadelphia, and has worked with over seventy five companies ranging in revenue from $250K to $3 million, throughout the Northeast.
He has been the past President of a $20 million company outside of Boston, the Treasure of a $30 million non profit organization in Massachusetts, and managed companies and sales teams on a national basis, for a multi-billion dollar corporation like Nipsco and Watsco.
He developed and uses the Balance Point Performance Model for the past thirty years to quickly analyze and help companies experience increased performance and year-over-year growth.
The Balance Point Performance methodology analyzes each inter-connective link throughout the entire organization including processes, financial and behavioral.
